What It Does: After the character activates Stunning Strike and pays it's associated Energy Cost, they may then make an attack with a weapon they are holding against a target within reach. The weapon used for this attack must either have the Light or Heavy Tag, regardless, it must also have the Blunt Tag; note, a character's fists do not count as a viable weapon for this ability. If the attack hits the target, they take physical damage equal to the Power of this Ability. Additionally, the target is then subjected to a Stat Check against their Endurance Attribute. If their Endurance isn't equal to or greater than the Power of this Ability, the target will also be Stunned for their next 1/1/2/2/2/3 Post(s) (Novice/Apprentice/Initiate/Journeyman/Expert/Master). While Stunned in this manner, a person is considered to be incapacitated for the purposes of using Abilities/Skills, moving around, the effects of other potential Abilities used on/against them, etc.
