Associated Attribute: The Attribute associated with this Abiity and that scales with it's Power
Tags: What Tags go with the Ability to shortly describe what it does/is? Damage, DoT, Abjuration, Conjuration, Fire, Poison, Amplifier, Debuff, etc

Range: How far does this Ability reach?
Power: The numerical bonus of the Ability as per it's Rating that determines how hard it hits and how fast it's used; 5/15/30/45/60/70 (for Skill based Abilities; Abilities that have a Skill's Proficiency Added to it's power) or 8/21/39/57/75/88 (for non-Skill based Abilities; Abilities that solely rely on Attribute Scaling with it's Power)
Components: What's needed to use the Ability? Swinging a Light Weapon? 3 Arrows? Waving a casting implement while saying an incantation?
Channeling Time: How many posts does it take for the Ability to be activated? 1/Instantaneous? 2? 3?
Duration: How many posts does the Ability remain active for, before it goes on cooldown?
Cooldown: How many posts go by until the Ability can be used again?
What It Does: What does the Ability do/what are it's effects? This should align with the associated Tags the Ability has.

What It Does: After the character activates Stunning Strike and pays it's associated Energy Cost, they may then make an attack with a weapon they are holding against a target within reach. The weapon used for this attack must either have the Light or Heavy Tag, regardless, it must also have the Blunt Tag; note, a character's fists do not count as a viable weapon for this ability. If the attack hits the target, they take physical damage equal to the Power of this Ability. Additionally, the target is then subjected to a Stat Check against their Endurance Attribute. If their Endurance isn't equal to or greater than the Power of this Ability, the target will also be Stunned for their next 1/1/2/2/2/3 Post(s) (Novice/Apprentice/Initiate/Journeyman/Expert/Master). While Stunned in this manner, a person is considered to be incapacitated for the purposes of using Abilities/Skills, moving around, the effects of other potential Abilities used on/against them, etc.
